Shipping Address

In order to secure safe delivery of your order you need to provide correct and actual shipping address. That is why it is worth to double-check it, before completing your order. If you see a typo or mistake in your shipping address – please contact our customer support immediately, so that we can update your order with correct information.

Delivery & Shipping Information

Orders are being shipped in 24-48 hours after they are placed.

Delivery takes 2-3 weeks since the shipping date, on holidays it can take up to 30 calendar days.

Cigarettes are shipping only to USA via AirMail.

Packages are delivered by USPS on the US territory.

Big orders (over 12 cartons) are divided in 2 or more shipments in order to secure safe delivery of the entire order.

If cigarettes are not received in 30 days period after they were sent out – please contact our customer support and the order will be either reshipped or refunded.

In case you wish to make changes or cancel the order you need to contact us via ticket, e-mail or Live Help. In 24 hours after the order is placed, it is already packed or shipped and cannot be changed.

How To Cancel The Order

In case you need to cancel the order - you need to contact us within 24 hours after the order is placed via ticket. Please indicate your order #, e-mail and full name.

In case you fail to contact us within the indicated time period – your order will be processed and sent out.

Additional Fees

There are no concealed fees when buying on our web site. You will pay only the sum you see in total.

Please note: Your bank may charge you a small fee of $1 or $2 for International Transaction Processing Fee for transaction processing.

Return Policy

In order to make sure that the order is correct and arrived in good condition you must check your packages upon reception. In case something is wrong with the order – please take a photo of the product you received and of the box hey came in, so that the label on it can be clearly seen. After that please send these photos to our customer support, indicating your order #, e-mail, full name and the nature of your problem. We will contact you as soon as possible with a solution.

If there is nothing wrong with the order (in came in good condition and the products are the ones you’ve ordered), but for some reason you do not need them anymore – please contact our customer support. We will give you an US address, where to return these cigarettes. You will need to ship cigarettes to the provided address and present the receipt from the postal service with the indication of the tracking number of the package. In this situation we will not reimburse shipping cost as it is not our fault, but will make full refund of your funds as soon as the package is received.

Reshipping and Refund Policy

If your package does not arrive in 30 calendar days after it was shipped - we consider it lost or stolen. In such situation we either offer reshipping of the order or 100% money back guarantee for the items you did not receive.
