Question: What countries do you deliver cigarettes to?

Answer: We send our products only to USA.

Question: Can the order be placed by fax, e-mail, live chat or phone?

Answer: Order can only be placed online.

Question: How long will I wait for the order?

Answer: As a rule delivery takes 2-3 weeks (however, it may take up to 30 calendar days during holidays’ season)

Question: How can I place an order?

Answer: 1. Register in our online cigarette store by clicking “Join!”

2. Choose the brand you wish to order from the brands list on the left (for example “Camel”)

3. Click “buy now” near the kind of cigarettes you wish to order (for example “Camel Blue”)

4. In case you need to order another item, click “Continue Shopping” button, but if you’re done and ready to complete the order – click “Proceed to Cart” button.

5. When you get to the Shopping Cart page, you’ll have to enter the Amount of cartons you wish to order (keeping in mind that 1 unit = 2 cartons).

6. After that you’ll have to click on Checkout and fill out the form on Shipping/Billing address page.

7. Once you do that and proceed with the payment – you’ll get to the payment page where your order will be completed.

How to place an order with Bitcoin:

You can buy Bitcoins at any Bitcoin exchange of your preference and then place the order on our website, choosing "Pay with Bitcoin" payment option.

You'll be transferred to the page with a QR code, which you'll need to scan to complete the order.

The QR code contains the sum you'll need to pay as well as BTC wallet number and transaction label.

Question: Will my Credit Card information be stored?

Answer: No, we do not store your Credit Card details.

Question: Where can I find the details and status of my order?

Answer: In order to do that you’ll need to login to your account and go to the section “My Orders”

Question: How can I cancel/delete order?

Answer: In order to cancel/delete order you need to contact our customer support team within 24 hours after the order is placed. All the contact information is indicated on the Contact Us page.

Question: Will there be any taxes that I’ll have to pay?

Answer: No.

Question: What is the maximum amount of cartons that fit in one package?

Answer: One package can fit up to 4 cartons of cigarettes of regular girth and up to 7 cartons of super slims cigarettes.

Question: What is the minimum amount of cartons that I can order?

Answer: 2 cartons is the minimum amount of cartons that can be ordered on our web site.

Question: What is the maximum amount of cartons that I can order?

Answer: There is no limit on ordering, however, it is worth to remember that we can ship 12 cartons per week to a single shipping address. Thus, if your order is for 24 cartons and you wish to get them at once you need to contact our customer support and provide one more shipping address (your friend’s, relative’s).
